Catherine H. Anderson, 1923 - 2016
Catherine "Cat" Huber Anderson passed away at age 93 on June 2, 2016 at her home (now a permanent green space and wildlife preserve) in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado. Cat will best be remembered for being an accomplished horsewoman throughout her life, and for sharing her knowledge and skills regarding horses and their care with countless young equestrians. Cat loved nature and wildlife, especially birds, and fostered an appreciation of the outdoors. She also had a great love for music and the arts. Her diverse philanthropic interests included her long-term support of the Heifer Foundation.
