Remember last year when Zynga players raised more than $600,000 for Heifer projects in Zambia and the United States? Well, the folks at Zynga.org are up to their usual tricks and we’ve teamed up again to use the power of games for good!
Starting this week, FarmVille players will be able to purchase limited edition virtual items that benefit Heifer. So keep a look out for in-game items labeled with Heifer’s logo, because half of Zynga’s share of these items will be donated to help us end hunger and poverty. And “limited edition” means these items aren’t permanent, so be sure to snap them up while you can!
