So what will the world's food system look like in the next 30 years? If Ellen Gustafson, co-founder of FEED and creator of The 30 Project has anything to say about it, it'll look drastically different than it does today.
Check out her TED video below, where she links problems of global hunger and obesity. Gustafson argues that if we change what we eat and how we produce food around the world, we can alleviate both problems in the next three decades. She sees sustainable-agriculture organizations such as Heifer International as part of the solution.
