Rosa, a traditional weaver in San Juan La Laguna, Guatemala, first learned the ancient Maya craft of dyeing fabrics with cochineal beetles from her grandmother. Heifer International’s business training helped her and her daughters expand their operations to produce and sell natural dyes.
