Amended RFP: Consultant for Adaptive Project Management
Heifer International invites qualified consultants or firms to submit proposals to design and deploy an Adaptive Project Management Framework for its Transformation, Strategy & Communications (TSC) team. The framework must support adaptive, living systems dynamics rather than rigid waterfall planning. The consultant will serve as a fractional project leader and facilitator, ensuring interdependencies across transformation initiatives are visible, integrated, and strategically aligned.
