RFP for KLMP Learning Documentation Consultancy – Kenya
Heifer International Kenya invites individual consultants or consulting firms to submit proposals for a Learning Documentation Consultancy under the Kenya Livestock Marketing and Resilience Project (KLMP). The consultancy will document, synthesize, and communicate learning from KLMP implementation across selected counties, focusing on livestock and poultry market systems, resilience, women and youth empowerment, and policy influence. The assignment involves desk review, qualitative fieldwork, learning synthesis, development of high-quality learning products (case studies, impact stories, learning briefs), and facilitation of learning and reflection processes in line with the KLMP Strategic Learning Agenda. Interested applicants must demonstrate strong experience in learning documentation, knowledge management, or evaluation within agriculture, livestock, or market systems development in Kenya or East Africa. Proposals (technical and financial, submitted separately in PDF format) must be emailed to procurement-ke@heifer.org with the subject line “KLMP Learning Documentation Consultancy” no later than Monday, 26 January 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.
