Invitation to Bid: Supply of Poultry Business Inputs and Technical Services
Heifer Project International (HPI) Ethiopia, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture (MoA), invites qualified and experienced poultry companies or producers to submit proposals for the supply of day-old chicks (DOCs), two-month-old pullets, starter and grower feed, vitamins, stress relievers, and related technical support to implement the Enhancing Livelihoods of Smallholders through Improved Poultry Business (ELSIPB) Project.
The project will be implemented across three regional states (Amhara, Sidama, and Central Ethiopia) and 45 districts between December 19, 2025, and July 30, 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be legally registered in Ethiopia with a valid Trade License, VAT, TIN, and Tax Clearance Certificate (current fiscal year).
- Have a minimum of ETB 50 million capital and at least ETB 20 million bank transactions over the past two years.
- Demonstrate 10+ years of experience in poultry production, hatchery operations, feed processing, and NGO or government collaboration.
- Be capable of supplying Lohmann Brown or Bovan Brown breeds, with proof of health certification, vaccination, and biosecurity compliance.

Proposal Submission – Media and Events Agency
Heifer International in Asia is seeking proposals from qualified Media and Events Agency to support its regional communication goals. The selected agency will help elevate Heifer’s brand and voice through strategic mainstream media engagement, thought leadership positioning, event management, and storytelling campaigns in Asia. The goal is to build greater awareness of Heifer’s work, strengthen media relationships, improve visibility across regional platforms, and amplify its position as a partner of choice in agriculture, climate, food system transformation, and other regional themes.

RFP – Professional Virtual Note Taker Service
Heifer International will be holding a virtual global finance conference during the month of November 2025 with a variety of participants from its country, global and regional offices.
The purpose of this consultancy is to provide targeted services as professional notetaker in English language. The tentative date of the meeting is from 17th to 21st November 2025 with two blocks of four-hour sessions. There will be the possibility of breakout rooms during the conference and there maybe a need to have the notetakers captures minutes in the breakout rooms as well.
The proposal (duly signed) should comprise a letter of expression of interest quoting the consultancy fee.

RFP – Gap Analysis for Dairy Value Chain
Heifer International Kenya invites qualified consulting firms or individual consultants to submit proposals for conducting a Gap Analysis of the Dairy Value Chain in Kenya, under RFP No. 20251008KE. The consultancy will assess systemic bottlenecks, record prior interventions, and generate evidence-based recommendations to support sustainable growth, private sector investment, and inclusive participation in Kenya’s dairy sector.
The performance period is from November 2025 to January 2026. The submission deadline is Wednesday, 29th October 2025, and proposals must be sent electronically to procurement-ke@heifer.org. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by Wednesday, 22nd October 2025. The proposal (duly signed) from the consultant should comprise the technical and financial proposals. RFP – MEL Automation & Database Development
Heifer International Kenya invites qualified consultants or firms to submit proposals for the development of a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) automation system, including API development for integration with Power BI. The project aims to streamline data collection, processing, storage, and dashboard reporting for agriculture programs in Kenya.
The RFP (No. 20251008KE) opens on Thursday, October 9, 2025, and proposals must be submitted by Wednesday, October 29, 2025. Inquiries should be sent to procurement-ke@heifer.org by Wednesday, October 22, 2025. The assignment will run from November to December 2025.
RFP Consultancy Services Village Savings and Loan System Training
Heifer Nigeria LTD/GTE is calling for submissions from qualified, interested, firms with key technical staff who have substantial experience to provide consultancy services for Village Savings and Loan System Training. All interested bidders are required to submit their proposals by 29 October 2025 via the email address to procurement-ng@heifer.org, boldly labeled with Consultancy Services – Village Savings and Loan System (VSL) Training to Heifer Community Facilitators (CFs) in the subject line and include the State(s) of interest (Benue, Nasarawa, Edo, Ogun and Lagos States).
