Baseline Study for Farmer Visibility: Digitally Connecting Smallholder Farmers to Finance and Markets (FaVi)

Heifer International Kenya invites qualified consultants and consultancy firms to submit proposals to conduct a baseline study for the Farmer Visibility: Digitally Connecting Smallholder Farmers to Finance and Markets (FaVi) project.

Interested consultants/firms should demonstrate:

  • A Master’s degree in Statistics, Research, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Monitoring & Evaluation, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in international development, including research and evaluation assignments.
  • Strong expertise in mixed-methods research and quantitative analysis.
  • Experience in dairy value chains and Market Systems Development approaches.
  • Successful completion of similar baseline studies or evaluations.

RFP: AYuTe Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Database System Development

Heifer International invites qualified consultants and firms to submit proposals for the development of a scalable Digital Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) System for the AYuTe Africa Challenge program.

The assignment includes the design, development, testing, and rollout of a cloud-hosted MEL database system with real-time and offline data collection, dashboards, analytics, API integrations, geospatial reporting, and role-based access controls.

Qualified applicants should demonstrate experience in digital MEL systems, cloud-based databases, ICT4D, dashboard development, and deployment of scalable data management systems in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Heifer International invites qualified consultants, firms, or consortiums to submit proposals for the development of a comprehensive organizational Security Risk Management System supporting operations across Africa, Asia, the Americas, and the United States.

The assignment includes organizational security risk assessments, crisis and incident management frameworks, operational security standards, governance systems, security intelligence and reporting mechanisms, and organizational preparedness and training frameworks.
Qualified applicants should demonstrate proven experience in organizational security risk management for international NGOs or global organizations, particularly in complex or high-risk operating environments.
