A quick way to test if cookies are enabled is to navigate to the gift catalog and try to add a product to your cart. If you can’t add the item, then your cookies are off. To fix this, go to your browser settings, select allow all cookies, and then reload the page on our website.

If you are using an ad blocker, either turn it off, add Heifer.org to the list of “allowed” sites, or use a different browser without an ad blocker extension installed.

If you are trying to buy something that has been in your cart for a few days, your cart might have expired. You can fix this by hard refreshing your browser.

If none of the other solutions are working, open an incognito window in your browser and check out there. This will force a hard reload in your browser.
