Marie joins Heifer Impact Capital as the Director of Finance with extensive experience in financial, wealth and portfolio management. Marie manages monitoring and reporting on Heifer's global investment portfolio while continuing to develop strategic partnerships that create sustainable impact through capacity building and access to capital.
In her previous role as Portfolio Manager - Vice President, Marie managed and improved an $85M portfolio by increasing profitability while reducing risk through loan restructuring, portfolio monitoring and reporting, and strategic decision making. In addition, Marie has demonstrated the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams and is committed to fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. With a passion for making a positive social impact, she is eager to leverage her financial expertise and analytical skills to support Heifer Impact Capital's mission of empowering farmers and strengthening agricultural value chains.
