It's that time again! Local friends, join us at Heifer Village for Heifer Hour on Saturday, October 12th from 11am to 12pm! Need directions? Click here!
Hint: this month's activity is for the birds, but in a good way.
Can't make it? Don't worry, you can DIY! Here's how:
What you'll need:
- brown paper bag
- newspaper
- construction paper
- 2 googly eyes
- glue
- scissors
- tape
Follow these steps:
- Use the newspaper to stuff your brown paper lunch bag. Be careful not to stuff it too full! Tape the top of the bag closed.
- Cut out shapes from your construction paper to make the face. If the muse isn't giving you inspiration, use this template.
- Glue your construction paper and googly eyes on the bag. Ta-da! Scarecrow!
