One of the best parts about working at Heifer International is the fact that you continue to keep learning. Everyday, I read a new article, hear a new statistis, or read something a colleague has written and learn something I didn't know the day before. 

Did you know that?

- The Census Bureau is reporting that with their new measurement of poverty in the U.S. there could be as many as 49.1 million Americans living in poverty. 

- More than 75 percent of the honey sold in grocery stores in the U.S. isn't true honey.
