Whether you are a first-time visitor looking for a school program or someone who attends the annual pancake breakfast, we are grateful for your interest in Heifer Farm.
To help focus our limited resources to truly end hunger and poverty for small-scale farmers, we have made the difficult decision to close Heifer Farm.
Heifer Farm, formerly Overlook Farm, was developed in 1983-1984 as a regional center in the northeast, to provide resources and education to support the work of Heifer International. The land is designated with an agricultural preservation restriction, meaning the legacy of farming will continue with future owners.
We are intent on honoring the integrity and vision of the staff, volunteers and visitors who have supported Heifer Farm during the last three decades.
We will continue to have Community Engagement Staff available to support your needs. Whether you need materials, presentations, speaker requests, or anything else, you can contact a Community Engagement Staff member at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 888.5HUNGER (888.548.6437).
