How To Start a Read to Feed Program

Editor's note: Read to Feed® is Heifer's reading incentive service-learning program that offers global education opportunities and will foster in children a love for reading, a passion to help others and a motivation to help create a better world. This year, we have designated April as Read to Feed month.

We've been talking about Read to Feed quite a bit lately in advance of next month. We gave you the top three reasons why we think your students need the program, and even provided some great video trying to convince you to use our program. So, we've done a good job and you're ready to implement Read to Feed in your classroom but don't know where to start, we have a series of webinars that are just for you.

This workshop will be interactive and informative with a moderated panel discussion and plenty of time for Q&A. Heifer’s Read to Feed webinar uses Blackboard Collaborate to provide a classroom-style online learning environment. You  can go online to meet some of Heifer’s All-Stars: the teachers who have integrated Reed to Feed and other Heifer curricula into their instruction with inspirational results.

There are seven upcoming sessions, so sign up for the one that best suits you!
