Patrick Rothfuss Reading, Book Signing May 9 at Heifer Village

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (May 2, 2013) – Fantasy author and Heifer International supporter Patrick Rothfuss will hold his first reading and book signing in Arkansas at Heifer Village in downtown Little Rock at 7:00 p.m. on May 9. Rothfuss, author of the projected three-volume series The Kingkiller Chronicles, will read excerpts from his work, take questions from the audience and sign copies of his books.

Rothfuss, a master storyteller, has engaged a broad following of gamers, sci-fi fans, comic-book collectors and fantasy lovers in his Worldbuilders fundraiser for Heifer International. Worldbuilders, started in 2008, has raised some $1.95 million for Heifer through lotteries, giveaways, auctions and product sales.

Rothfuss penned The Name of the Wind (2007) and #1 New York Times bestseller The Wise Man’s Fear (2011). He lives in central Wisconsin.
