Heifer Global Village Site Sponsors offer unique and easy ways for you to experience Heifer International’s powerful Global Village programs. Whether you go for a quick Cultural Connections visit, attend an overnight Global Gateway program or sign up for a multi-night Global Explorers program, Heifer Global Village programs at site sponsors are a great way to get a unique, first-hand look at the challenges surrounding hunger and poverty.
Heifer International provides site sponsors with the same Heifer Global Village program curriculum and staff training used at our own Learning Centers, along with construction plans for the international homes. We also perform an annual operations review and overall program evaluation of each site sponsor.
Though not owned or operated by Heifer International, Heifer Global Village Site Sponsors agree to meet Heifer’s required standards and to provide funding and staffing for the programs in addition to supplying the site.
