Facility Rental

From lunch meetings to weekend retreats, Heifer Village's environmentally-friendly meeting space can serve your needs while providing the unique surroundings of Heifer Village's inspiring exhibit galleries.

Our 3,300 square feet of meeting space can accommodate groups up to 250 people seated theater-style and up to 500 for a stand-up reception. The meeting room may also be divided into sections for small group receptions, meetings, and other gatherings.

All Heifer Village meeting space reservations include:

  • Rental space for up to four hours (additional hours available)
  • Tables*, chairs and high-quality sound including a podium and wireless microphones.
  • DVD Player, laptop connection, ceiling-mounted LCD projector and large screen, high-speed wireless internet access
  • Set-up, breakdown and clean-up
  • Exhibit Gallery access and interaction
  • Shop@Heifer can be open during your event upon request

 

Additional fees:

  • Each additional hour (beyond four hours)
  • Catering (Café@Heifer)
  • Additional security (for events exceeding 225 people, events serving alcohol and for all evening events)
  • Additional audio visual needs: i.e., Skype® Connection, Conference Calling, Live Meeting®, etc.

 

Renter's Responsibility (Only approved outside vendors may be used):

  • Round Tables
  • Table Cloths
  • Decorations
  • Non-Heifer Village sound and/or lighting equipment
