Youth Clubs in rural Armenian communities.This training encourages an entrepreneurial spirit, setting the participants up for a prosperous future.

Lithuanians Work to Preserve Skudde Sheep

Approximately 200 people gathered for a traditional Sheep Shears Festival at Samusiai Farm deep in the forests of eastern Lithuania, organized by the Heifer project community of Alksnas.The community members are very happy that they are going to influence preserving the Skudde breed. They believe that this support from Heifer will be beneficial both on nutritional and cultural levels.
