Honor Card Issues


How can I print Gift Cards if I have already placed my order by phone, fax or online?
If you have already placed your order online, by phone, or fax and would like additional cards, you can still print gift cards to give to your gift recipients by going to our Request Additional Cards page. You may create Print Gift Cards and/or send Email Gift Cards without re-submitting your credit card or making an additional order. After creating the cards, click "Submit". You will then be given an Gift Card Receipt to confirm the completion of cards and be able to print your cards.
 
My Gift Cards won't print?
The problem with your print card may be that you need the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader, or your printer needs to be set to the highest quality of print, or your printer's resolution is not high enough to print out our cards correctly. Try these suggestions:

 

You may install the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader for no cost. Please restart your computer after installing the software.

Please set your printer to the highest quality print setting. If you need help doing this, see your documentation for the printer or visit the website of the manufacturer of your printer.

If possible, try to print the card on another printer. We have experienced some problems with printers that do not have high enough resolution to print the cards out correctly.

 

My Gift C ard printed, but the font doesn't appear normal.
Looks like "hieroglyphics", "Wingdings font", or strange "computer code." This problem exists because of Adobe Acrobat Reader issues. To fix the problem, you will need to install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can attain and install the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader at no cost. Please restart your computer after installing the software.

 
Where are my Gift Cards?
Mail Gift Cards - Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery of the honor cards to your address that was provided during the ordering process. These gift cards are mailed directly to you and not to the recipient.
Print Gift Cards - If you provided an email address during the ordering process, you will receive the links to your cards in the order confirmation email. Please check to see if the link "wrapped" to the next line. If this happened, you will click and it will not work. Please enter the entire link in your browser including the crucial numbers at the end that wrapped.

 

Email Gift Cards - On the date you selected, you will receive a confirmation by email when the card is sent out to the recipient.

 
My email card could not be delivered?
If the email gift card you created is returned to you as undeliverable, you may create a replacement card. Please ensure that the email address is correct and valid.
 
How do I contact you with Gift Card issues?
If you have questions regarding your order, please call us at 1-800-422-0474 or Contact Us via email. Most inquiries by email will be answered within two business days; however, during heavy volume times, it may be greater.
