Heifer Ranch's Pastured Poultry Workshop
Training in Small-Scale Production

This comprehensive training on small-scale poultry production includes topics such as production, processing and marketing of pasture-based poultry products. The program has been organized for agricultural professionals and extension educators and is also open to the general public who are interested in small-scale poultry production. Register Now.

The Pastured Poultry workshop is hosted by Heifer International, University of Arkansas and National Center for Appropriate Technology with significant funding provided by USDA Southern Region Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education. Program Requirements
Minimum Age: 18
Per Person Tuition Fees: $140 (no lodging) - $230 (lodging)
Tuition Fee Includes: Training, materials and meals (Monday breakfast to Wednesday lunch). Lodging at Heifer Ranch is also included in the $230 fee.
Offered: March 10-12, 2008; program begins at 7 a.m. Monday and continues until 12 p.m. Wednesday.
