Susan Fulton, Bethesda, Maryland

Susan B. Fulton is an at-large director representing the Mid-Atlantic region.
Professionally, Susan is co-founder of FBB Capital Partners, an asset management firm with a staff of 12 who manage in excess of $400 million in investments for families and individuals. A fee-only firm, FBB works with clients to achieve long-term financial goals. Since its inception in 1989, the firm and its principals have donated more than $1.5 million to charities aiding movements in ecology and sustainability around the world.
Susan currently sits on the Board of her alma mater, Wilson College. In 1999 she endowed the college's Richard Alsina Fulton Center for Sustainable Living in memorial to her husband. The 50-acre farmstead provides hands-on education to area farmers in the bio-diesel production and serves as a resource for the college's environmental program. The Center is also the home base for the Robin Van En CSA program throughout the United States and internationally. Susan is a member of Rachel's Network, a nation-wide association of women involved in Philanthropy and Ecology.
FBB Capital Partners has been an active investor in Heifer, purchasing an ARK every year since 1996 as a Christmas gift to their clients.
Susan has a daughter and grandchildren in Singapore and extensive experience living and visiting in Southeast Asia.
