Andrew Bartlett, Louisville Kentucky
 Andrew is a covenant agency director representing the Presbyterian Church (USA) Presbyterian Hunger Program.
Bartlett earned a Master of Arts from San Francisco State University and studied progressive approaches to community-based rural development, largely based on work with small farmers and communities in Latin America. He currently serves as an Associate for National Hunger Concerns for the Presbyterian (USA) Hunger Program in Louisville, Kentucky, coordinating national grants and developing training materials for the national network of Hunger Action Enablers.
Beginning with three years of mission service with the Presbyterian Church (USA) and the Korean Christian Church of Japan, he has dedicated himself to social justice and human rights. This calling has led him from community development and civil rights work with the Korean minority in Osaka, to four years of solidarity with the people of El Salvador, to various efforts in support of small farmers, the poor, indigenous peoples, and the environment.
Over the past 17 years, he has developed experience in sustainable agriculture, community and rural development, advocacy and national campaigns, grants management, program coor-dination, resource development and educational outreach.
