Heifer Ranch - Alternative Spring Break
Alternative Spring Break participants engage in a journey of personal growth. They commit to the value of serving others through interactive learning, community building and work projects.
Alternative Spring Break combines many of our experiential education programs including:
• Global Gateway
• Heifer Challenge
• Service projects
“As we read the kids journals, we realize how much they were impacted by the experience and many are inspired to take action like building a compost bin for their parents, researching development/travel opportunities, and sharing what they know with their friends, not to mention trying to come back as volunteers! It was a great fit for our group and we'd love to return sometime again in the future.”
