Heifer does amazing work throughout the world, here are a few examples. The stories are searchable by continent or country.

Hovik Arzumanyan is the head of Milk Producers Consuming Cooperative in Shaghat, Armenia. The cooperative and Heifer Armenia are working together to help farmers improve feed, livestock breeding and increase animal productivity. Hovik's family and other project members are seeing the benefit of sharing and caring in their community.
In May 2012, 13-year-old Gegham started a small duck farm with a seed grant he received through Heifer Armenia's Young Agriculturists Network of Armenia. His diligence paid off when his small business began generating income and he was able to pass on a seed grant to another youth club member.
Tran Thi Cuc Huong and her husband, Nguyen Van Lieu, joined a Heifer project in Vietnam unofficially in May of 2012, after another project family forfeited their cow. This family is constantly innovating, building on old methods while implementing new business and environmental conservation techniques. They have used the support of Heifer Vietnam to enhance their efforts, with very promising results.
Whether they struggle daily to feed and care for sick children or have built thriving businesses as Heifer project participants, the mothers of Rwanda are proud of their children and determined to do everything they can to provide for their families. Leigh Wood, Heifer's donor engagement manager, shares what she saw during a recent visit with these incredible mothers.
On May 2, 2013, Marleen New, director of global partnerships and alliances, anda Carol Moore, manager of global partnership development, both from Heifer International headquarters, visited communities involved in Heifer Vietnam projects to see the implementation firsthand and hear the stories of participants.
