The Philippines country director for Heifer International, headquartered in Little Rock, told Channel 7 News they have accounted for all of their staff members in the Philippines, but are still waiting to hear from project families. "We've already planned for the three to six month rehabilitation and providing immediate relief of food, shelter, repair materials, and water," Hercules Paradiang said.
