It’s time to celebrate!!
Read to Feed® students across the United States joined together to provide families in East Africa opportunities to improve their lives. We are so excited to share the good news: WE DID IT!! Together, we raised more than $55,000! And, because of generous donors who share our belief in the power of working together, we were able to double the impact of the students’ efforts!!
Now that we have reached our goal, the full amount of funds offered through this matching opportunity has been applied. Anything above the matched $55,000 raised through the Read to Feed Spring Challenge will be used to support the greater mission of Heifer.
We are so grateful and impressed by the gifts we received and the stories we heard from the Read to Feed students. And we appreciate their teachers’ energy in engaging them in meaningful change. It’s a powerful experience to be part of the solution and we look forward to seeing the many ways the students continue to make a difference. Congratulations to our many Read to Feed teachers and students!
