Francine Anthony

Francine serves on Heifer's Board as an At-Large Director.

Francine has over 20 years of marketing, operations, services and R&D experience in the computing industry - including over five years in roles at senior management and above. She is currently a program director within IBM's Global Technology Services organization, where she holds responsibility for the development and deployment of network services that support IBM's Cloud and industry focused strategies and solutions.

Prior to joining IBM, Ms. Anthony was Vice President of Marketing and Product Management for a start-up company. Before her role at the start-up company, she was the Worldwide Marketing Director for Hewlett Packard Education. While at Hewlett Packard, Ms. Anthony led the team that created the award winning itresoucecenter.com.

Francine graduated from Stanford University, with an Electrical Engineering degree. She also received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She is a Board member and Development Chair of St Martin de Porres school in Oakland and a recent past Board member (and an alum) of the Schools of the Sacred Heart of San Francisco.

Francine spends most of her spare time with her four year old son Schuyler and her husband of 10 years, Tom Anthony. She can also be found running around Oakland's Lake Merritt, training for half marathons.
