Heifer International CEO Pierre Ferrari blogged about his Day Without Shoes to honor the people we serve. In an effort to support our Heifer recipients around the world, would you consider making a gift to Heifer International by donating the cost of a pair of shoes in your closet?
This is a great story. Good for Pierre. Walking barefoot on city streets is not easy. I think we should name a day (hopefully during the summer months) asking Heifer volunteers and donors to go barefoot and donate the cost of a pair of shoes to Heifer.Let’s get a group together to plan for this.
